Location: 
The competition will take place at The Center for the Performing Arts in Carmel, Indiana. We will be in the Studio Theater from Wednesday, June 28th to Saturday, July 1st.  On the final day, Sunday, July 2nd, we will be in The Palladium for the competition as well as the award ceremony in the evening.  The practice rooms will remain in the Studio Theater building throughout the competition.  A campus map is attached for your convenience.  

Parking:  
The most convenient parking for you would be the Center Parking Garage which is attached to the Studio Theater building.  Parking is free for all visitors.  There will be Farmer’s Market on Saturday starting at 8am on campus. Please plan accordingly as parking may take extra time.  

COVID-19 Restrictions:
Currently, there are no COVID related restrictions imposed by the city or the venue.

Wednesday, June 28: Solo Elementary & Intermediate Semi-finals
Thursday, June 29: Solo Advanced Semi-finals, Solo Elementary Finals
Friday, June 30: Solo Intermediate & Advanced Finals, Duet all levels Finals
Saturday, July 1: Contemporary Composers all levels Finals
Sunday, July 2: Concerto all levels Finals, Ensemble all levels Finals, Award Ceremony, Winners’ Gala Concert

Admission to the Competition Events:
Upon your arrival here, you will receive a ribbon for you (red) and another ribbon (green) for one of your guests.  Admission tickets for additional guests can be purchased at the box office inside the Palladium (not in the Studio Theater). Please use the ribbons as free admission to all the competition events. All ticket sales will directly fund operational expenses of our competition. The ticket will act as a ‘day pass’ to all events for the day ($13.50 each).

Wednesday, June 22: 10am-7:00pm
Thursday June 23 & Friday, June 24:  10:00am-6:00pm
Saturday, June 25:  12:00-4:00pm
Sunday, June 26:  5:30-7:00pm
